Foundation-Set Pricing is we install the foundation, order the house, set the house, finish the siding, finish the roofing, 10 year structual warranty, and the house per order. You as the homeowner, would be the general contractor, hire all contractors for excavation, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, electric, interior finish, side walk, porches, steps, septic, well, permits, inspections, and certificate of occupancy.
